What a meaningful afternoon at Hotel Clio. ✨

Today’s Leading with Clarity Through Year-End Demands luncheon was a beautiful reminder that strong leadership isn’t about carrying everything—it’s about having the clarity to know what deserves our attention, what requires a boundary, and what we need to release.

I was honored to join this conversation as a panelist and share some of the lessons I’ve learned through entrepreneurship, leadership, career transitions, and building businesses in very different seasons of life.

One thought I’m taking with me:

Clarity isn’t always about knowing exactly what comes next. Sometimes, it’s simply knowing what matters most right now.

Thank you to the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council, my fellow panelists, Hotel Clio, and all of the incredible women who joined us today. I’m grateful for the conversations, connections, and wisdom shared around the room.

Here’s to finishing the year with greater intention—not simply more effort. 🤍

Introducing Gilded Botanicals, my September Featured Bed designed for The Brass Bed—a study in layering, color, texture, and the beauty of a home that feels collected over time.

For this vignette, I wanted to move beyond the expected autumn palette. Instead, we layered inky blue botanical toile, luminous saffron, deep chocolate velvet, warm ivory, soft blush herringbone, and touches of brass to create a bedroom that feels rich and seasonal without being overtly “fall.”

The artwork became the finishing layer. Rather than simply matching the bedding, its painterly blues, greens, creams, and earthy shadows create a conversation with the textiles and give the entire vignette a sense of history and soul.

Because the rooms I love most aren’t perfectly coordinated.

They’re collected. They’re personal. They tell a story.

That’s the heart of Gilded Botanicals—traditional references interpreted through a fresh, eclectic lens.

The question used to be “what’s beautiful?” Now it’s “what’s mine?” — and that shift is changing everything about how the best homes are being designed right now.

Six things I’m watching this fall: dark wood with a past, color that wraps around you, and the quiet end of the content kitchen.

Full September trend report is live — link in bio. Save this for your next renovation conversation.
